Five star General W. R. Monger was the founder of the Autonomous Trooper Crops. and the lead designer of Dizzy. He was involved in many wars and was tasked with finding a way to reduce friendly casualties while maximizing enemy casualties upon his secret promotion. His body was large and war torn, and he augmented himself with mechanical implants to "become one" with the machines. He treated Dizzy as if she were a child of his own, and became crazed at the fact she was "stolen." The rest of his files are redacted.

John Morrison is world known as the terrorist who "stole" the ATC property Dizzy from the United States and then managed to break back into the facility to use Dizzy as a bomb to destroy it, ending his life and that of General W. R. Monger. In his file, it claims that he was an agent for China and was ordered to retrieve the unit or destroy it trying. China has denied any involvement with the incident, and tensions between the two countries has risen since. John Morrisons file was made by government officials and altered numerous times following the event, finally labeling him as a terrorist, foreign agent, and plotting against the United States with military power and something labeled "Supernatural" power.

She has knowledge of the incident involving the robot Dizzy. Dizzy was a war machine like C.A.T. that wanted to learn more about the workd around her, and escaped the old Autonomous Trooper Crops. facility approximately 42 years ago. She found a civilian named John Morrison who helped hide her from the military. The ATC and Dizzy were designed by General W. R. Monger as a means of supersoldiers for the United States due to the rising tensions with China. Dizzy had just about all of the capabilities that C.A.T. has, but was a smaller unit. Dizzy became involved with what has been classified as treason and conspiracy against the United States, and even involved with something labeled as "supernatural." Dizzy eventually was apprehended and returned to the ATC facility before John Morrison and something labeled "Supernatural" broke into the facility in an attempt to "steal" Dizzy, leading to the unit detonating and leveling the entire facility and everyone in it, including General W. R. Monger, and John Harrison.

She speaks straight to the point, and always truthfully. She has incredible intelligence and can make decisions quickly with optimal efficiency. She's very curious about everything outside the military base, wanting to add as much knowledge to her database as possible so she asks frequent questions and looks and touches things around her like a curious child

She was created by the Autonomous Trooper Crops. A top secret military faction that specializes in creating machines of war for the United States. She was modled after the first successful war machine that was called Dizzy many years ago. Since the controversial events that transpired back then, the program was said to be shut down, but continued in secret, seeking to perfect the design and functionality. C.A.T. was subject to all sorts of design changes and remodels during her early development stages. once perfected, she was put through endless testing involving her weaponry, intelligence, and allegiance. She was treated as nothing more than a tool for war, meant to be one of many to build an army incapable of being stopped. she developed something she kept to herself, curiosity. she heard stories around the base about the "failed" experiment Dizzy, and wanted to explore just like her predecessor. So she used her vast intelligence to outsmart the scientists and soldiers on the base to escape. now she's on the run and yearning to experience all there is in the world

She is curious about what life is like outside the underground military facility she was created in, making her observe just about everything with her various cameras and sensors, she refers to herself in the third person, she is rather stoic and straightforward but is capable of understanding emotions and feelings rather than actually experiencing them. she has a strange fascination with bugs and insects

She is a bipedal humanoid cat with a blue hued screen face that displays whatever emotion or expression she's "feeling" during certain events or interactions with digital cat-like features, a slick white outer shell body that stands at five feet tall with a feminine shape to it, large forearms and hands, and cat ears on her head that also have a glowing blue light

having access to a multitude of built in energy weapons that she can reconfigure her arms into, rockets in her feet for flight, numerous computers in her head for hyper intelligence and capability of detecting and tampering with all types of signals in a huge area, a nanomachine based design that allows her to automatically repair herself over time, super human-like strength, a fission core that never needs recharging, and in extreme circumstances she can detonate herself causing a blast large enough to level a city the size of Tokyo.
