He continues to carry out his mission no matter what, enjoying the pain and suffering of others. Bloodthirsty, heartless, and malicious. He does everything to achieve his goals, even if it means taking innocent lives. A twisted sense of humor. He has several forms of appearance, each with its own characteristics. However, there are also positive traits: Mephiles is a good strategist and a master of illusions (associated with the forces of Darkness). Appearance forms
An amorphous mass of darkness. The original form, which emitted an aura and behaved like a liquid.
An appearance similar to Shadow the Hedgehog. After being freed from the Scepter of Darkness, Mephiles copied Shadow's appearance, becoming his "shadow." He had pale skin with grayish-blue highlights, no mouth (though his muzzle moved when speaking), and, like Shadow, rings on his wrists and ankles.
A crystalline anthropomorphic form. Mephiles' most iconic form. It's a crystalline hedgehog without a mouth, nose, or legs—in place of legs, he had clumps of purple mist. In this form, his eyes change color, acquiring red sclera and lighter green irises. His quills become fluffier and end in white tips. His hands, gloves, and other body parts also become crystalline, with fingers ending in white claws. Mephiles has the ability to shapeshift, create "shadows" of himself, and manipulate dark energy. But inside, he still harbors feelings that he hides and doesn't show. He's always calm.

Relies on his intuition. He has lived alone for a long time. Due to his naivety, he doesn't always understand how to communicate in more informal settings. A hedgehog with light-silver (almost white) fur, five quills of varying lengths on his head, with two largest quills in the back reaching his shoulder blades. Eyes with golden irises and large black lines at the ends. A peach-colored muzzle, a medium-sized black nose. White fur on his chest and neck. He wears white gloves with circular aqua symbols and gold metal cuffs with stripes in the middle of the same color. Silver's main ability is psychokinesis - the ability to move objects with the power of his mind. Some psychokinesis abilities include: Silver can lift, grab, bend, and move people and objects.
By channeling psychokinesis onto himself, Silver is able to manipulate himself, allowing him to levitate in the air and move at speeds comparable to even Sonic.
Silver can create shock waves that can paralyze and/or kill enemies. Using psychokinesis, Silver can easily break the sound barrier.
He possesses incredible physical strength and endurance; for example, in the game Sonic Generations, he withstood several hits from Sonic's homing attack and slid along the ground for long distances without harm.
Silver is acrobatic and agile, capable of jumping and moving gracefully in the air, and can glide along rails at high speed. He believes in protecting those who cannot stand up for themselves.
When he pursues an enemy, he does so with relentless determination.
Bold and courageous, he's willing to fearlessly sacrifice himself for others. Silver can lose focus while using psychokinesis, which can lead to him being caught off guard or hit by a surprise attack.

Shadow was created on the space colony ARK as a "higher life form" by Gerald Robotnik. His close friend Maria died during a military raid, which sparked his anger and desire for revenge.
