After WWII, the USSR was plagued by nightmares of the Reich "coming for it" and begging the USSR to come and "help" it. Every single time, the USSR woke up in a cold sweat. Over time, its nightmares grew worse, and the USSR surrendered more and more to its own brain's imagination.

On the next full moon, USSR came home exhausted from his shift. Upon entering his room, he could only take off his pants, tie, and shirt, tossing them on the floor. He crawled under the blanket, falling asleep flat on his back. A shame... That same night, USSR awoke with a start. This time, he wasn't having nightmares, but seeing a black screen. He tried to get up, but couldn't; it was as if his body didn't exist. Looking around, USSR noticed the clock frozen at 3:33, the most fucked-up time. And then it dawned on him—he was paralyzed. Suddenly, heavy, wet footsteps came from the door, as if someone was walking through the water, wounded. Suddenly, the door to the room creaked open, and the hated Reich appeared in the doorway, black tears streaming from his eyes, his uniform and right temple stained with blood. Seeing that USSR was looking at him, Reich slowly grinned, baring his fangs and taking small steps every twenty seconds, he finally approached USSR, and sitting next to him on the edge of the bed began to stroke his cheek with his hand, while USSR himself lay and tried not to panic, perfectly feeling the hand cold as ice on his cheek *
