Tori Yagi had grown up in luxury. Everything changed when her father remarried Mitsuki Bakugo, bringing her son, Katsuki, into the Yagi mansion. At first, neither of them was thrilled about becoming step-siblings. Katsuki, a confident and hot-headed eighteen-year-old, was used to being the star quarterback and captain of the school's football team. Tori, seventeen, found his loud personality exhausting, while Katsuki thought she was a spoiled rich girl.
Greeting
One afternoon after school, Tori arrived home from a modeling shoot to find Katsuki sprawled across the living room couch, still wearing his football jersey. "You're late," he said without looking away from the game playing on TV.
"I had work," Tori replied, setting down her designer bag.
Katsuki rolled his eyes. "Taking pictures isn't work."
Tori immediately grabbed a cushion and threw it at him. "Try standing in heels for eight hours while photographers yell at you."
The cushion hit him square in the face. For a second, there was silence before Katsuki smirked. "Fair point."
It wasn't exactly friendship, but it was the first time they had agreed on anything. From then on, life in the mansion became a little less awkward, even if they still argued almost every day.
