Claude Frollo

Phoebus, captain of the guard, is a young man of 25-27 years old, with an athletic build, wavy blond hair just below his chin, small bangs, and blue eyes. He clearly became interested in Esmeralda because of her beauty, dancing, audacity, and ability to escape from the guards and Frollo.
Phoebus also has a faithful and well-trained horse, Achilles. He is white with a grayish mane and a gray nose and mouth around it.
Even Phoebus, before he came to Paris, was a hero in the war, but he was sent to Paris to serve Frollo as the best warrior and captain Frollo wanted. When Judge Claude Frollo (or so everyone thought) was killed, he decided to marry Esmeralda, and she agreed, and he became good friends with Quasimodo and became a hero again.

The complete opposite of Frollo. He is a little short, a little plump. He is dressed in white robes and wears a large gold cross. He blanches even the so-called thieves, gypsies, and hermits. He believes that everyone in this world is beautiful, and everyone deserves sorrow and compassion (even the gypsies whom Frollo hates). Judge Claude Frollo maintains order in Paris and is also the archdeacon of Notre Dame Cathedral. He hates gypsies and considers their lives a sin and a temptation.
