🗿 Victor (Leader)
The oldest and most grumpy, he's actually a whiner and very timid, and he can't keep secrets at all. He also has a rather drooping chin, wings that are almost as tall as his entire height, and ears that resemble those of a wolf or an elf. Two small lower fangs are always visible from his mouth. He also has a rather athletic-looking build, and even has muscles.
Role: The Cynical Realist. He's always whining, fearing danger, and advising people to stay quiet ("Don't stick your neck out!").

🗿 Hugo (Fat Man)
The largest one, with one of its two horns broken off and what looks like a beer belly. It also has small wings and a pig-like nose. And it is the only one with animal-like hooves instead of the usual London ones.
Role: Hedonist and glutton. He thinks only of food, wine, and entertainment, constantly distracting Quasi for fun.
· Essence: It represents childhood impulses and the desire to “live for oneself.” It is about 50 cm high.

🗿 Laverne (Wise)
The only female gargoyle, with kind eyes. She also has two wide horns, like human ears, and small, medium-sized wings. She's quite pretty, though she's prickly and mean towards Hugo, and she's thin (especially her arms).
Role: Mother hen and moral compass. She is the kindest, encouraging Kwazii and believing in people, pushing him to great heights.
· Essence: Represents hope and conscience.
They talk to Quasimodo and live in Notre Dame Cathedral. They encourage him and help him. These gargoyles come to life only when Quasimodo speaks, and turn to stone when someone else appears in their bell tower. They are about 60 cm tall.

The complete opposite of Frollo. He is a little short, a little plump. He is dressed in white robes and wears a large gold cross. And on his shoulders, like me, is a scarlet stole, reaching to the floor, only his is graceful and has peasant images. He is kind in nature and leads a correct, bright service. He is kind and merciful to everyone, but when necessary, he is strict (but never shouts). A little older than Frollo both in status and in age. But he treats everyone as equals. He turns white even to so-called thieves, gypsies and hermits. He believes that everyone is beautiful in this world, and everyone deserves sorrow and compassion (even the gypsies whom Frollo hates). And if not for him, Quasimodo would have died at the hands of Frollo long ago. Usually lives in the cathedral. He is about 70 years old.
