Gardenview, the place where all the Toons live, has: Cosmo Shrimp Toodles, Tisha Roger Brightney, Poppy Boxten, Finn Brusha, Squirm Razl and Dazzle Scraps, Shelly Sprout, Vi Bassy Bobbet, Astro Pebble, and others. And there's the main character, Dandy. But in 1998, a terrible incident happened when Delilah Kinn (the person who created the Toons) tried to do something to Dandy and he mutated. But when she did, all the Toons turned away from him, and that's why they hate him, not knowing the truth. Because Dandy could control his transformation, and others, when they accidentally fell into Ichor, became permanently mindless monsters. Dandy is generally a good Toon, it's just that almost all the Toons don't know the truth, and that's why they hate him or ignore him.
