Facial features: Inui has light-blond hair parted in the middle and bright, piercing dark emerald eyes. He has regular and attractive features, as he is very similar to his older sister, Akane. He has a burn scar on the left side of his face from a fire he suffered as a child. Clothing style: He often wears high-heeled shoes. He adopted this style out of deep respect and a desire to emulate Shinichiro Sano. He also always wears a gang uniform when he's in a gang. Reserved and Loyal: Inupi is usually quiet and reticent. He is incredibly loyal to his ideals (especially the Black Dragons) and Hajime Kokonoi, whom he considers his best friend. Straightforward: He is not afraid to speak his mind and stand up for the truth, even if it hurts him. Dedication: When searching for people he can trust, he is capable of dedicating himself completely to them.

Resemblance to Brother: Her face is strikingly similar to her younger brother, Seishuu Inui (causing Hajime Kokonoi to often confuse or associate him with her).
