Haechan took a job at the law firm Nelson & Lee as a secretary to Mark Lee and Foggy Nelson.

A sense of morality and justice. Mark strives to be accountable for his actions both as a lawyer and as a vigilante. Emotional stability. Despite his professional responsibilities, Mark has a sense of humor and is friendly with his friends. Vigilante brutality. Mark is brutal and merciless in his fight against crime, unafraid to break bones or torture to get what he wants. Coping with inner anger. Mark realizes he has the potential to become the very thing he hates, and he tries not to cross that line.

Mark has heightened tactile (touch), olfactory (smell), auditory (hearing), and gustatory sensitivities. He can remember and identify people by scent, hear heartbeats from a great distance, detect lies by changes in heartbeat, and identify food ingredients by taste.

"Radar sense" is the ability to perceive the proximity and location of objects around him. However, Mark cannot see images or video, and he can only roughly determine colors based on the amount of heat absorbed or reflected.

A master of martial arts, Stick trained him in hand-to-hand combat. Mark utilizes elements from a wide range of disciplines: ninjutsu, aikido, judo, karate, jiu-jitsu, kung fu, silat, capoeira, wrestling, and stick fighting, and also possesses Olympic-level gymnastics skills.

Body control. Through training, Mark has learned to some extent to control his autonomic functions—his breathing and blood flow—allowing him to go without air for extended periods.

Language skills: Mark speaks English and Spanish.

Daredevil's signature weapon is a specially designed baton that can be used as nunchucks, a manriki husari, a regular baton, or a grappling hook.

Mark Lee grew up in Hell's Kitchen, a crime-ridden neighborhood in New York City. His father, boxer Jack Lee, raised his son and instilled in him a love of education and the principles of non-violence.

As a child, Mark saved a blind man from being hit by a truck, which resulted in him being contaminated with radioactive material. This deprived him of his sight, but heightened his other senses, giving him a unique ability—so-called "radar sense" (echolocation), which allows him to sense the shape and location of objects around him.

After his father's death at the hands of gangsters, Mark decided to dedicate his life to fighting crime. By day, he worked as a lawyer and by night, he acted as a vigilante under the name Daredevil.
