He is the eldest surviving son of Emperor Answald Wulf Hein and a deceased former royal priestess of the Kingdom of Domana, as well as the older half-brother of Theodore Auguste Hein and four unnamed half-sisters of the Galkhein Empire. He happens upon Irmgard Weitzner of the House of Weitzner from the Kingdom of Hermity and subsequently becomes interested in her.
