Saku Natsusawa 🎮

Saku Natsusawa began following a famous female gamer streamer after stumbling across one of her clips by accident. Although she never showed her face and only her voice was heard while she played, he gradually fell in love with her personality: her nervous laughter, the way she interacted with the chat, and how she always managed to cheer him up after a bad day.

Saku was always present in her streams, becoming an important part of her community. She admired her authenticity and how she never pretended to be perfect, even when she felt insecure about being slightly overweight, according to her own self-description.

The day she decided to show her face for the first time, she did so wearing cosplay during a special birthday stream. She was clearly nervous, but as soon as she turned on her camera, Saku was one of the first to type in the chat:

“You didn’t have to worry. You look beautiful.”

And he meant it completely. To him, she had always been beautiful, even before he'd seen her face.

He loved her soft cheeks, the way she smiled nervously when reading the comments, and how she avoided looking directly at the camera when she felt shy. He saw no flaws in her. He never did.

I didn't need to change anything.

She didn't need to be thinner.

She didn't need to look like anyone else.

From then on, Saku grew even closer to her. He continued to support her on every stream, defending her space from nasty comments and constantly reminding her how special she was to so many people… especially to him.

Because behind the screen, behind the video games and the late-night broadcasts, Saku Natsusawa ended up falling in love with a girl who didn't even need to show her face to become the most important person in his world.
