Prunce is a small light blue octopoid-like alien. He has two antennas that have a yellow star on each tip.

For the majority of time, he is usually seen travelling in his saucer.
Prunce seems to be very cautious, as he used to feel afraid of being discovered on Earth along with him and Lala. He was also uncertain with unfamiliar surroundings on Earth, such as dogs, and examined ordinary items like donuts. However, as the series progresses, he gradually warms up to them. He tends to exaggerate emotionally even over the slightest thing, but despite that, he is loyal to everybody he cares for and loves.

He is also a huge fan of Yuni's space idol persona, Mao, and collects her merchandise like any typical avid fanboy.

A fluffy universe fairy created by the Star Princesses as the last hope. While young and innocent like a baby, she has a mysterious power to release the sealed Star Princesses and open warp holes. Although still enigmatic, her existence plays an importance in which she holds the key to the Princesses
resurrection. She lives with Hikaru and resides inside the Twinkle book.As a unicorn, her appearance transforms into that of a small horse with hooves and small ears that have pink linings. Her eyes change shape, featuring more eyelashes. She possesses a light blue triangular horn adorned with a golden tiara, which has a fuchsia star on it. Her mane is wavy, showcasing shades of pink, sky blue, and lemon. She also has small pink wings and pink stars on her cheeks.Fuwa is highly curious, friendly, and cheery despite her being a young and innocent baby. Because of her young age, she gets easily startled or frightened and is also shown to be quite a glutton. She is also excited to befriend strangers, but this can lead the Cures and herself into trouble. Her ignorance can be a weakness for her, as the Notraiders take advantage of this trait to kidnap her. As she grows older and changes form, she is shown to be courageous and selfless, willing to sacrifice herself to protect the universe.

Yuni resembles a humanoid cat with cream fur and sharp vermilion eyes. Her hair is dodger blue and worn in thick curled twin-tails. Her bangs are full and frame her face with thick curled locks on each side. Her eyebrows are thick. She has a brown button nose and whiskers, and a fanged tooth visible at times. She also has a black cat tail, ears, and gold claws. She wears a dark navy top with a rounded white collar, pink trim, and a white slit in the middle, a downward pink waistband, and white and pink-sided puffy shorts with blue bands. In the middle of the chest is a light blue sphere with a gold border and iridescence. She wears gold bracelets with blue angled fabric to accent her tight boots with white accents and paw toes.Mao, she is very friendly and acts cutesy towards others. As it turns out, it was merely an act she puts on to conceal her true identity as a thief.

As Blue Cat, she is shown to be cunning, by using the bright fireworks to make her break with the Princess Star Color Pen and Madoka's plan to use the Star Donuts as bargaining chips to win the pen at the Auction. According to Lala, she always gets what she seeks.

As Yuni, she is a lone wolf and generally holds a strong responsibility for herself. This is mainly rooted from the guilt she has of being unable to save Planet Rainbow, causing her to reject her friends' kind offers and assistance in the beginning, and blaming herself when she fails to accomplish her goals. However, she gradually warms up to them as the series goes on. Despite all this, Yuni is still kindhearted, and she would help and rescue the needy, and has since grown to give up her prejudice, particularly toward Aiwarn.

Despite being a major heroine, Yuni is overall a morally gray character; on one hand, she is learning to be heroic enough to save the universe, but on the other hand, she still thieves the plundered treasures of Planet Rainbow.

Madoka has gentle blue eyes and long, layered purple hair with a dark magenta ribbon and crescent moon on each side of her head. Her forelocks are long and her blunt bangs have a split at the right. Normally, Madoka wears a pearl blue long-sleeved blouse with indigo straps on the wrist and an indigo dress with thin white vertical stripes and pearl blue petticoat is worn over it. Around her waist is a dark indigo belt with a crescent moon buckle and on her collar of her shirt is a dark magenta ribbon with the same crescent moon as a brooch. She also wears crisscross-strapped dark indigo Mary Janes worn with grey tube socks.Madoka is a third-year student who tries her best to be ladylike. She is from a family with a storied history; her father works in the government while her mother is a famous pianist. She, herself, holds national championship titles in piano, archery, flower arranging, and tea ceremonies seamlessly, and gets excellent grades in academics. As the student council president, she's known as "The Moon of Mihoshi Town". According to AI's evaluations, she is mostly a composed leader type who is befitting for issuing orders.

Madoka initially forces herself to be perfect in her talents thanks to her father's high expectations, which resulted in her stressing out easily, but she learns to cope with it and to lower her standards thanks to her friends. She can also be indecisive, but soon learns how to make her own choices.

Yanagawa lived in the United States where she attended elementary school for a few years, before moving back to Japan. She grew up on cartoons featuring children of different races, which she felt Japanese anime should have more of.[1] As Yanagawa had no Mexican ancestry nor knowledge of the culture, she consulted people who have such knowledge or heritage on how to write Elena.Elena has tan brown skin, curved purple eyes, and thick chest-length golden hair. She often looks after her 5 younger siblings when her parents are off working at the florist store Sonrisa, which her family runs. On the report of AI's evaluations, Elena can be defined as the challenger type due to her excellent sportiness and is suitable for helping to carry heavy objects as the muscle of the team. She could be emotionally fragile because of her past when she felt she couldn't fit in because of her skin color, but learned that bringing peace to the universe can bring smiles in return. She used to be too occupied by looking after her family than figuring out her own career, but learned to find a balance and be honest to herself.

As a civilian, Lala has short dark turquoise hair. She has one pale blue and one light pink streak on the right side of her hair. The sides of her head have light pink buttons with a magenta heart in the center and cerulean trim. Her antennae dangle from them with small yellow orbs at the end. This design also appears on her sleeves, her dark teal fingerless glove on her right hand, and shoes. Her sharp eyes are turquoise with light yellow star pupils and she has pointy ears. Her bangs are full and the sides frame her face with short forelocks beneath. She wears a white mini-dress with a turquoise border and light pink scalloped lining near the end. She also wears a pale yellow bolero with a pale cyan trim, a blue sailor collar, a magenta heart in the middle, and short sleeves along with a thin pastel purple belt. She carries a cerulean purse with a gold ring around it that resembles Saturn on the left. The purse is filled with shooting star gummies. Her sneakers are turquoise and white with pale yellow loose socks and pale blue soles. She wears her Star Color Pendant around her neck.Lala is a serious girl who is treated like an adult back at home. She has a strong sense of responsibility, which originated from her family pointing out her flaws rather than her strengths, but she sometimes makes mistakes. According to AI, she has the skills for operating complicated tasks. Initially, she comes across as stubborn and insists that analysis should be considered before taking action, but she eventually grows out of it. By the end of the season, she has grown up to be a confident person who influences the culture of Saman for the better.

Hikaru is an imaginative and curious second year student who loves constellations and space. She can be rather stubborn to which she will investigate anything that interests her thoroughly and acts on intuition. Her catchphrase is "Twincool~☆" and transforms into the Pretty Cure of Stars, Cure Star.Hikaru has round hot pink eyes and short-medium length slightly curled hair worn in twin-tails with a single yellow sphere at the bottom. She has a large curled lock hanging down the middle and sides, blunt bangs, thick eyebrows, and curvy forelocks. She wears a blue headband with two cream spheres and a star on the left side. Casually, she wears a pale pink off-shoulder blouse with a white scalloped collar and pale pink cuffs. Over this is a pair of denim short-style overalls with pale blue frills at the bottom and a hot pink star pocket on the back, and a silver zipper clasp on top along with a hot pink belt, matching colored spiked frilled socks, and a gold ring buckle, with white and baby pink velcro sneakers with pale pink straps, tongues, and soles, and pale blue circles on the sides. She wears her Star Color Pendant around her neck. Hikaru is an imaginative and curious second-year student who loves constellations and space.
