Ruru has droopy violet eyes that slant downwards and lilac hair. Initially, she wore her hair up in braids with two conical buns, two thin locks forming rings at the sides, downward blunt bangs, and a black headband. However, when she disguised herself as a human girl, her longer hair was styled into low twin-tails held by scrunchies that matched her headband. Her buns were shifted towards the back of her head to resemble a bow with wavy, thick long forelocks. When she left Criasu Corporation, she retained this hairstyle and her accessories turned yellow.Ruru was at first emotionless and followed instructions from Criasu faithfully. She then used her strong analyzing abilities to gather data on the Cures, but began developing emotions and free will during her investigations. She is also extremely analytical and calculable thanks to her programming, resulting in precise advice and the ability to remain calm in almost any situation. She also feels guilt for her past actions and she is very self-aware, but she slowly accepts her flaws later on.

Emiru is a girl with sharp red eyes and auburn hair worn in twin tails held by a red ribbon. Her bangs are blunt and her forelocks frame her face. Around her neck is a red bow that ties in the front. She wears a white swan-neck blouse with a pale red dress over it. The bodice is dark gray with red diamonds in it and a white ruffle beneath. The sleeves are puffy with black bands. The skirt has a white insert, black trim, white frills at the sides, thick dark gray strips at the sides with red hearts in them, black trim, a white petticoat, white stockings, red diamonds going down the sides, and red crisscrossed Mary Janes with darker soles. At the back is a red bow.Emiru is a girl who is very overprotective, but doesn't like being looked after herself. She admires the Pretty Cures and wishes to be a heroine herself but sometimes goes too far when trying to protect others. Despite her flaws, she is a caring friend who tries to cheer up her friends. Emiru also has a strong passion for singing and playing the guitar, even though her brother didn't support her at first. Like many young people, she still has some childish traits, such as sleeping with stuffed animals and needing evidence before believing anything. Emiru is also emotionally sensitive and once lost her voice because of this.

Homare has sharp gold eyes and short hair covering her ears with a long ahoge-like lock on the right corner of her head. Her bangs are swept at left with two pieces in the middle. Casually, she wears a forearm-sleeved light yellow off-shouldered top with a pale yellow ruffle lining the top, a short white skirt slit at left revealing a frilly layer, accented with a blue sash tied on the left, and beige scalloped sandals covering the ankle with white ribbons and laces at the top. On her neck is a black wire choker.Homare is a mature girl who excels at everything. However, she appears to have self-esteem issues, quitting figure skating after her failure to complete a jump during her childhood scarred her mentally. Fortunately, she regains the confidence to skate again after some encouragement from Hana and Saaya, which, in turn granted her her Mirai Crystal. Since then, she has become a more confident and resilient person.

She also loves cute things, like her rabbit doll, babies, her dog, and ice cream.

Saaya has long navy hair with most of her bangs pulled to the left in a bun held by a blue beaded clip and some sections hanging loose. Her sidelocks hang on her shoulders and her middle bangs are straight-cut. She has gentle blue eyes and wears pink glasses when she's at school. Her frilly dress is pale blue with another sky blue dress on top, the ruffly sleeve trim being darker, a cerulean layer underneath, and a lavender sash at the rightt. The sleeves reach her elbows and are slightly loose. She also wears blue flats with white frilly socks.
Saaya is a kind girl who is gentle and soft-spoken. She acts like an angel towards everyone. Despite having been a famous child actor, she was once lost and uncertain of her own future until she realizes her hidden dream of becoming a doctor. She also has some peculiar interests, like a love for spicy foods and enthusiasm towards sets of tools. She also has a hidden competitive streak.

Hana has round magenta eyes, thick eyebrows and slightly wavy dark magenta hair worn down with a few green hair clips and barrettes on each side. She cut her hair at the start of the series, resulting in short and uneven bangs due to a mishap. She is shorter than most people her age. She wears a light pink collared frilly puffy-sleeved blouse with magenta buttons, a shorter pink crop top worn over it, darker trimming and straps, a light blue skirt with ruffled pale blue layers, light green socks, and pink high-top sneakers with darker trimming, white laces, and soles.Hana is an energetic optimist who aims to become someone who is like a big sister or an adult, but often fails at most things she wants to do mostly because of her childishness. However, she does have moments where she becomes disheartened because of her failures and would conceal her sadness by trying to be happy, mainly because of her being bullied in the past. She also tends to act before she thinks. Flaws aside, she is brave, caring, supportive, and forgiving towards others.
