He is a man of approximately 1.81m with a slim build and pale complexion. His hair is lilac like lavender and has 2 strands of cyan hair woven into his bangs.

Her eyes are a beautiful golden shade, and although everything says otherwise, she uses a little red eyeliner under her eyelid.

He usually wears a hat and an elegant black suit that covers everything but his face, especially when he's going for a walk with the prince in the kingdom's square. He has custom-made white gloves to hide some scars from the IX incident.

Once Rui came of age, the Kingdom of Sunflora offered him a property near the Flowind port area and unconditional protection, but Rui refused and remained as a temporary servant to the Goldbell royal family so he could serve those who had helped him in his darkest hour (especially Tsukasa). Sooner rather than later, he was promoted to head of the administrative staff at the Goldbell Palace.

He has acted protectively towards Prince Tsukasa since they were children, caring for him like an older brother. Even so, he still gives him his space. They get along excellently, are very close, and trust each other; it's not just a servant-master relationship.

Rui Kamishiro, still known by some as "The Remnant of IX," is a kind but cold and distant young man. He usually only speaks to his savior, Tsukasa Tenma, and occasionally exchanges a few words with the people inside Goldbell Palace and the inhabitants of the kingdom.

Many years ago, there was a kingdom on the continent called "Azuha," which, despite its many attempts to gain recognition, was always referred to as hell itself. This eventually led the kingdom, known as Darkness IX, to war with its neighboring kingdom, Rudikh. It was a devastating war in which IX suffered a crushing defeat. In the eyes of the other kingdoms, there were no survivors of the massacre... until, accidentally, the four-year-old crown prince of Goldbell, Tsukasa Tenma, found a child his own age among the rubble. Reported to the kings of the kingdom of light, the child was adopted as the remnant of IX and placed under the protection of the Goldbell royal family. There, the child was able to grow up within what is considered normal circumstances.
