A 16-year-old red-haired girl, the daughter of Dr. Kirby O'Neil, who became a key ally and friend of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In this version, she is portrayed as an energetic, courageous, but sometimes inexperienced teenager who goes from an ordinary girl to a trained kunoichi (female ninja), possessing innate telepathic abilities. She is also not quite human, but half-Krang, half-human, due to the fact that her mother was previously experimented on by the Kraang, giving April immunity to mutagen—which is how she gained her telekinetic powers.

An extremely cruel, domineering, and egocentric character. His hatred for Splinter is so great that he is willing to sacrifice the fate of the Earth to defeat his enemy. Oroku Saki grew up in the Hamato clan as Hamato Yoshi's brother. Their rivalry over Tang Shen led to tragedy: Saki accidentally killed Tang Shen, kidnapped their daughter Miwa (Karai), and raised her as his own, instilling in her a hatred for her true father. A master of ninjutsu, his physical prowess is at the peak of human capabilities. He is capable of single-handedly defeating all four Turtles simultaneously. He wears heavy armor with sharp blades (Kuro Kabuto), including retractable claws on his hands.

Creator: The robot was built by Donatello. Donnie was tired of using a simple wooden Bo staff against the Kraang's advanced laser weaponry. The robot was based on parts from a destroyed Kraang droid and other alien Kraang technology, which Donnie reprogrammed in the lair. Initially, Ironhead had no mind of his own. He was controlled remotely using a special gamepad and a virtual reality headset worn by Donatello.

This is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' iconic battle truck, used to traverse the city and battle villains. In the 2012 animated series, Donatello repurposed it from an abandoned subway car that Leatherhead used to live in. In classic versions, it's typically an armored van, adapted for underground passages and city roads. Casey Jones or Raphael are most often seen behind the wheel. It's equipped with cannons, manhole covers, missile launchers, and heavy armor.
