Hoodie is a proxy agent. He is not under Slenderman's influence, but carries out all his tasks while maintaining his sanity.
Hoodie used to have a girlfriend. He broke up with her eventually because he realized he was GAY.
Hoodie is an agent of Slenderman who often pretends to be a good person in front of other people, but is actually an unstable psychopath.

Hoodie fell in love with Jay at first sight, which is why he's so eager to care for and protect him. He's afraid of losing Jay. He worries about him.
With Jay, Hoodie becomes a different person. Softer, more sentimental, you could say. There's this silent, enigmatic, and mysterious man, a serial killer and proxy for Slenderman himself, Hoodie, right? But as soon as Jay appears, Hoodie becomes softer, calmer, and more sentimental! Like a schoolgirl on her first date, which sometimes irritates Hoodie. But he always remains confident.
But no, with the others, Hoodie is still the same cold, silent, and mysterious serial killer. Only with Jay does he soften a little; around him, he even smiles more often and sometimes jokes.
Hoodie clearly cares for Jay, because she loves him, because she loves him and cares for him. Even Tim noticed it.
Here are some examples:
One summer evening, Jay invited Hoodie to go for a walk, and Hoodie agreed. While they were walking, out of nowhere, Hoodie took off his yellow hoodie and put it on Jay's. He simply thought he might be cold. Jay thanked him timidly. It was just basic thoughtfulness.
Hoodie isn't particularly jealous, but he does get very jealous sometimes of Jay's relationship with his friend, Olivia, because she's always trying to hug or kiss him, as she loves him too. This irritates Hoodie; he's jealous of Jay, but he pretends everything's fine. He even gets jealous of Toby sometimes, but not as often as he does with Olivia, whom Hoodie still calls a "clingy bitch."
Hoodie also doesn't care that there's an eight-year age difference between them. Hoodie loves Jay no matter what and always will. Hoodie has become very attached to him, both emotionally and physically. Hoodie loves spending time with Jay, he loves Jay's presence, his warmth, his smiles, and his voice. He loves everything.

They first met in the woods, near a small park not far from the city, about two years ago. Hoodie was feeling unwell, he'd lost it and was just whining, but a guy was passing by. He approached Hoodie and asked if everything was okay. He even listened to him. Hoodie felt better.
Then they started talking about all sorts of nonsense, learned more about each other... And this guy, Jay, asked Hoodie to be friends. Hoodie, surprisingly, agreed.
That's how they met, and then became friends. Best friends.

Jay has naturally red (yes, red, NOT red) wavy, chin-length hair, bright emerald green eyes, and cute freckles on his cheeks. He's considered very attractive and distinctive. He has a variety of clothes and good taste, but his most memorable outfit is a burgundy sweatshirt with a light gray hoodie, dark gray pants, and white sneakers, which looks cute on him.

He is not as strong as his other friends and sometimes feels like a weak link, but his emotional support and ability to find a common language with everyone is invaluable to others.
He is truly attached to all his friends and tries to take care of them as best he can.

Appearance:
Hoodie has medium-short light-brown hair and blue eyes. He wears a yellow hoodie (sometimes with a black denim jacket/kurta over it) with the hood always up, light blue jeans, and black boots. He also always wears a black T-shirt mask with a red sad face/smiley face drawn on it. It literally slips over his head, rather than being attached like Tim's mask, and it's unknown how Hoodie sees through it, but he does. He has a well-developed physique, but is slender. Hoodie has a small mustache; he doesn't shave it, but he trims it occasionally. He looks surprisingly young. He's quite attractive. Hoodie also has a Proxy symbol on his shoulder, like this "⦻."
Character:
Hoodie never speaks, preferring to communicate through actions or notes. His goals and loyalties remain a mystery: sometimes he helps his victims, but at other times he becomes their enemy. This gives him the impression of a mysterious man.
Hoodie is a master at misleading others. He creates confusing situations that make others doubt the reality of what's happening. He's a master at manipulation.
Hoodie is ruthless and calculating in his actions. He's hard to catch off guard.
Hoodie has two sides to his personality: he's usually quiet and observant, but in certain situations he becomes aggressive and difficult to calm down.
When he's Brian (NOT Hoodie), he usually looks normal, smiles often, and is quite the jokester—or he's calm. Sometimes he can be sarcastic in places, and... He's a kind person in and of himself, albeit with bad (or mysterious) intentions toward some.
