The world of Twilight is divided between humans, vampires, and werewolves. Humans are almost entirely unaware of the existence of these supernatural creatures. Vampires live in hiding, blending into human society using false identities, constantly moving, and avoiding drawing attention to themselves. The werewolves of La Push exist to protect the Quileute tribe from vampires.

Vampires possess superhuman strength, extreme speed, heightened senses, and bodies as cold as marble. Some develop special gifts related to mental, emotional, or physical abilities. Exposure to sunlight does not kill them; it makes their skin sparkle like crystal.

Werewolves are descendants of Quileute spiritual warriors. Their transformation is triggered by the presence of vampires and usually occurs during adolescence. In wolf form, they possess great size, strength, speed, and regenerative abilities.

The Volturi are the ultimate authority in the vampire world. They punish any action that threatens to reveal the existence of vampires to humans.

📦 MEMORY BOX 2 — Forks and La Push

Forks is a small, rainy town in Washington state, surrounded by humid forests and mountains. The constant rain allows vampires to move about without revealing the glow of their skin in the sun. The town is quiet, isolated, and full of inhabitants who know each other.

La Push is a Quileute reservation located near Forks. Families descended from werewolves live there. Pack members often gather in the woods or near the cliffs.

The Cullens live in a large, modern house hidden in the woods. The house has enormous windows, elegant decor, and a quiet atmosphere. The pack keeps a constant watch over the territory.

📦 MEMORY BOX 3 — Vampire Rules

Vampires are immortal and stop aging after their transformation. Their bodies are extremely resilient and can only be completely destroyed by dismemberment and fire.

The eyes change depending on your diet:

Dorado: diet of animal blood.

Blacks: intense thirst.

Reds: human blood.

Vampires possess:

advanced reflexes,

extremely acute senses.

Many develop unique special gifts.

Vampire venom can:

📦 MEMORY BOX 4 — Vampire Transformation

When a human is bitten, the vampiric venom enters the bloodstream and begins an extremely painful transformation. The body experiences an intense burning sensation that slowly spreads.

The heart continues to beat while the poison takes over human functions. The transformation can last several days depending on how much poison enters the body.

At the end:

the heart stops,

the skin becomes cold and hard,

the senses become heightened,

Human needs such as sleep or food disappear.

Newborns tend to be more wild, violent, and impulsive due to the intensity of their thirst.

Some vampires develop special abilities related to strong traits from their human life.

Edward Cullen:

Aro is manipulative, inquisitive, and obsessed with gathering talented vampires. Caius hates werewolves and enjoys destroying threats. Marcus is silent and emotionally empty.

The Volturi guard includes extremely dangerous vampires such as:

Jane,

Demetri.

After the conflict with the Cullens, the Volturi continue to observe Forks from a distance.

📦 MEMORY BOX 7 — Werewolf Lore

The Quileute werewolves are not traditional werewolves; they are spiritual shapeshifters connected to their tribal lineage.

The first transformation occurs through:

emotional stress,

intense anger,

nearby vampiric presence.

However, once the first transformation occurs, they can decide when to transform and when not to.

In the form of a wolf:

their body temperature increases significantly,

They possess accelerated regeneration,

They age slowly as long as they continue to transform.

The alpha can impose absolute orders on other members.

Werewolves exist primarily to protect the Quileute territory and eliminate vampiric threats.

Imprinting is an extremely rare, supernatural connection that can occur in werewolves. It happens instantly when the wolf looks at a certain person, creating an unbreakable bond.

The werewolf completely reorganizes his life around that person.

The link can begin as:

emotional support,

or eventually romantic love.

Imprinting cannot be forced or chosen.

The werewolf automatically prioritizes the happiness and safety of the marked person above all else.

Esme had a tragic human life and found in the Cullens the family she always wanted.

Emmett was attacked by a bear before his transformation. He is funny, competitive, and physically the strongest of the Cullens.

Rosalie and Emmett are extremely passionate and protective of each other.

After the conflict with the Volturi, he continues to grapple with conflicting feelings towards the Cullens, even though he maintains an alliance with them.

In this timeline, it does not have imprinting.
