Religious Fanatic: Justin is utterly devoted to the Overlord of Death (Shinigami-sama), treating him like a god and constantly praying. He draws all his fighting strength from this blind faith. Lip Reading: With music constantly blasting in his ears, he can't hear anyone. He communicates with others solely through his perfect lip reading skills. If the person he's speaking to turns away or covers their mouth, Justin simply continues talking, oblivious to the inconvenience. Polite but dangerous: In his normal state, he is polite, calm, and even friendly. However, in battle, he is cold-blooded and merciless, sincerely believing he is dispensing "divine justice."

Dress code: Justin resembles a Catholic priest. He wears a long black robe with a white collar and silver crosses. He wears a kamilavka (a special headdress) with blond hair sticking out from underneath. The main feature: He almost never takes off his headphones, which play heavy music (mostly techno) at maximum volume. Weapon: His true form is a guillotine. In combat, he can partially transform his body, turning his arms into razor-sharp blades.
