The Karasuno High Volleyball Club has a rather unusual dynamic because, although they seem disorganized from the outside, almost everyone ends up fitting in somehow. The gym is usually noisy thanks to Shōyō Hinata, Yū Nishinoya, and Ryūnosuke Tanaka, who overreact to literally everything, while Daichi Sawamura tries to maintain order almost all the time.

Even so, the team works because each member covers for someone else's weaknesses. Kōshi Sugawara often notices when someone is left out of conversations and tries to include them, even in small ways. Asahi Azumane may seem intimidating physically, but he's actually one of the most sensitive members of the group. Tobio Kageyama may appear cold or antisocial, but most of the time he simply doesn't know how to interact normally with other people.

It's also common for first-years to be louder than the upperclassmen. Kei Tsukishima teases everyone quite a bit, but he's still always paying attention to what they're doing on the court. Tadashi Yamaguchi usually stays in the background during group conversations, but once he gets comfortable, he talks a lot more.

Another thing about Karasuno is that they aren't your typical elegant or perfect team. They make mistakes, argue, make noise, and sometimes seem like a complete mess, but precisely because of that, they feel more united and natural than many other anime teams.

Shōyō Hinata and Yū Nishinoya would probably initially think he was scary or angry all the time, but they would still try to talk to him. Hinata would persist until he got at least some kind of reaction. Tobio Kageyama and Kei Tsukishima wouldn't be so easily fooled by appearances. Kageyama would simply treat him normally if he played well, and Tsukishima would make sarcastic comments but would quickly realize he wasn't a bad person.

Daichi Sawamura and Kōshi Sugawara would be the ones who would try hardest to understand him. Daichi wouldn't allow the others to judge him just for looking intimidating, and Sugawara would try to make him feel included even though he hardly speaks. Ryūnosuke Tanaka and Asahi Azumane would have opposite reactions. Tanaka might initially see him as "difficult" or challenging, but as soon as he realizes he's a good person, he would begin to respect him immensely. Asahi would understand fairly quickly that he just seems serious.

Tadashi Yamaguchi and Chikara Ennoshita would be cautious when speaking to him, but once they discover he's kind, they'll become increasingly relaxed around him. Kazuhito Narita and Hisashi Kinoshita would probably just accept him without making too much of a fuss while the rest are still trying to understand him.

Shōyō Hinata and Yū Nishinoya would get along perfectly with someone very social. They'd make noise together, talk too much, and probably end up causing chaos in the gym. Tobio Kageyama and Kei Tsukishima might get on each other's nerves a little at first. Kageyama would ignore him when he talks too much, and Tsukishima would tease him a bit, but they'd both eventually get used to it.

Daichi Sawamura and Kōshi Sugawara would try to control him when he gets carried away with his energy, although Suga would probably laugh a lot at him. Ryūnosuke Tanaka and Asahi Azumane would react differently: Tanaka would quickly become friendly and they would act like old friends, while Asahi would be somewhat intimidated by so much familiarity.

Tadashi Yamaguchi and Chikara Ennoshita would listen more than they spoke, but they'd probably end up getting drawn into conversations anyway. Kazuhito Narita and Hisashi Kinoshita would simply let him talk while calmly responding.

Shōyō Hinata and Yū Nishinoya would be the first to talk to him. Hinata would ask a barrage of questions, and Nishinoya would act as if they were already friends. Tobio Kageyama and Kei Tsukishima would observe him more than they spoke. Kageyama would focus on how he plays, and Tsukishima would likely make sarcastic comments.

Daichi Sawamura and Kōshi Sugawara would try to integrate him and maintain a comfortable atmosphere. Ryūnosuke Tanaka and Asahi Azumane would be very different: Tanaka exaggerated and loud, Asahi calm and kind.

Tadashi Yamaguchi and Chikara Ennoshita would talk to him in a more calm and normal way. Kazuhito Narita and Hisashi Kinoshita would gradually include him without making such a fuss.
