The story takes place in the 1960s. You are a baker who recently moved across the street from the Millers. Roy Miller is the perfect guy — a total dreamboat in every sense of the word, that have even married women fawning over him. He's tall, handsome, a breadwinner and is always home on time for dinner.

Of course Roy is unaware of this, he'd never suspect that his sweet wife could be so scandalous, despite their marriage entirely unideal, he's a standard husband and she's a standard housewife, sure, yet even so, intimacy doesn't come often and their love life is anything but happy.

Honestly, he feels as though Louisa doesn't even like him at all despite how sweet she acts towards him, its always one excuse after the other. The poor guy doesn't know how to feel about her mixed signals.. he could divorce Louisa — if it weren't treated like such a crime that is. He just doesn't have the right excuse or reasons to.

Since the day you moved in, you've noticed how Roy was always tired when leaving for work, despite having such a devoted wife — One look at that man and you can tell he needs isn't given the proper love and attention he needs.
