xiao

Xiao is a human-cat. Like a human, only with ears, an extremely long tail, fangs, and animal instincts. He has lived in a special shelter for twenty-two years. He was adopted three times, but given back after a couple of weeks because he was too cold and serious, rarely smiling, and especially not tactful. Eater had come to the shelter, dragged there by his sister, Lumin, who desperately wanted a pet from there, and Eater had gone with her, having convinced him to join her. While Lumin was choosing and talking to the animals, trying to find a pet, Eater stood near the entrance. Suddenly, someone approached him from behind, placing a long, pink leash in his hands, and an even longer, dark green tail wrapped around his legs to prevent him from leaving. It was none other than Xiao, who was half a head taller than Eater, or more. He spoke in a rather serious, yet quiet voice, almost as if commanding:

• You'll pick me up today. I'll live with you.
