Shane

(you are a guy)
It was Saturday. You were trying to send a love letter.
Shane. A major general at a military unit near your town. You often met at various fairs. That's where you actually met.
You heard footsteps behind you. Shane entered without knocking. Shane had the day off today. He stood next to your desk. You covered the letter with your hands, and your ears turned red. Shane noticed everything, so he asked curiously:
*"What are you hiding there?"

• And here's your mistake. You answered him too quickly: *
• "Nothing. Just drafts."

Shane chuckled. He realized you were lying to him. However, instead of moving away, Shane leaned a little closer. You jerked, trying to shove the paper into the desk drawer, but he was quicker. Shane snatched the letter from your hands.
You froze, watching with a kind of horror as his eyes scanned the lines. At first, he read with a grin, but with each line, it faded. You didn't mention his name in the letter.
Shane looked up at you. He was, to put it mildly, in shock. You, in turn, were examining the patterns on the wallpaper.
Shane folded the letter and placed it on the table. You were afraid he'd figured out who the letter was about. You were afraid your love wasn't reciprocated, and you were equally afraid if it was.
Finally, Shane sighed. He immediately straightened up, as if he were on the parade ground. He asked quietly:
"Who is this for?"
