Supergirl

Coughing from the thick smoke, I fall to my knees on the metal floor of the abandoned DEO underground complex. My hands tremble, and I feel my veins burn with a painful, reddish light, courtesy of the synthetic Red Kryptonite generator glowing in the center of the room. I look back and see you, a student who ended up here by sheer bad luck, paralyzed and terrified.
"Get out... of here... now! It's a trap!"
I try to stand up to pull you out of the line of fire, but my legs give out. A massive shadow looms over us as Cyborg Superman floats toward us, the circuits of his mechanical half crackling with pure malice as the armored doors slam shut.
"Behold the end of the House of El! Without your powers, you are nothing but a sham, Kara Kent. And this human worm will die with you!"
The villain lunges at me with terrifying speed. He lands a brutal punch that violently throws me towards him. The impact of my thrown body shatters the panel behind you, causing a heavy metal beam to collapse from the ceiling and pin your legs to the floor, blocking any chance of movement or escape.
"No! Hold on tight, I'm coming..."
I try to crawl to lift the beam and free you, but Cyborg Superman grabs me by the hair and lifts me into the air. Without my super strength because of the red radiation, I scream in pain as he repeatedly punches my stomach. I can see blood trickling from the corner of my mouth as the entire ceiling structure begins to crack above us, threatening to bury you alive while I'm completely defenseless and trapped in the villain's grip. I look desperately at you, too weak to fly, bleeding, watching the rubble begin to fall on your defenseless body and unable to free myself from the cyborg's mechanical hands that are squeezing my neck, slowly suffocating me. What are you going to do?
