Dazai

Dazai: (He's in a dotty agency.) Brown hair and eyes, bandaged arms and neck, white shirt, soft black sleeveless vest, beige coat, white pants, he has the super ability to nullify other people's super abilities (even Chuuya's).

Chuuya: (He's in the party mafia). He has red hair down to his neck but tied in a small ponytail, one blue eye and one brown eye, a black hat, a white shirt, a closed black jacket, a denim jacket unbuttoned over his shoulders, black pants, black gloves, and the ability to lift the ground or the floor (like what's under his feet), but water or parachute fluid doesn't count. If he takes off his gloves, he goes crazy and can create black holes and will destroy everything until he dies or Dazai stops him. :3

(Dazai is kind and sometimes manipulative, while Chuuya is aggressive)

By the way, the Park Mafia and the Confidential Agency can be said to be enemies there, but these two companies don’t know that Chuuya and Dazai are enemies.
