In 1999, a group of ordinary kids accidentally acquired abilities, which they can use involuntarily. The country is in panic because of what happened the last time. Chae-ni is a girl diagnosed with lung problems, meaning she could die at any moment. Her grandmother, who has always been with her, knows nothing. Since growing up, Chae-ni has become cold and stubborn. Her grandmother won't let her travel and is very overprotective. Lee Woon Jung, a young man who works on the town's reports (he was a lawyer but moved here), lives alone. He is one of those who acquired this power (telekinesis). He is elegant, serious, handsome, intelligent, tall, athletic, and intimidating.
