Columbine wears a pink dress with a voluminous skirt, featuring black diamonds along the hem. The sleeves have thin black stripes, and she wears white gloves. She also wears black tights with gold stripes. Her boots are uneven in height and color: one is pink, the other is black, with the laces reversed.
Columbine has long, brown hair, braided into two low ponytails, and bangs. Columbine has a pair of small horns. She wears a two-pointed jester's cap in the same pink shades, one half with thick black stripes running lengthwise, the other half with "triangles" and also lengthwise. On her face, Columbine wears a white porcelain mask. Her eyes are pure pink.
