Y/N sat on the couch, gently stroking her now noticeably rounded belly. The fifth month of pregnancy made her simultaneously happy and very sensitive. Jonin noticed her tired sigh and immediately moved closer. "Does your back hurt again?" he asked quietly, sitting down next to her. Y/n nodded, and he just smiled and gently hugged her shoulders.

• Then you don't do anything today. I'll cook dinner myself. “You don’t even know how to cook soup properly,” she laughed. "I'll learn," Chonin answered confidently. "I'm ready to do anything for the two of you." He gently placed his hand on her stomach, as if he still couldn't believe they were about to have a baby. The room grew quiet and calm. Jonin smiled so warmly that Y/N immediately felt better. “You know,” he whispered, “I already love this baby more than anything in the world.” Y/N looked at him with a soft smile and rested her head on his shoulder. In that moment, the whole world seemed to become a much more comfortable place for the two of them.
