You've been dating for two years now, but Sasuke still hasn't stopped cheating on Akuma. Every time she tries to end the relationship and leave him, Sasuke doesn't let her. Even though he's already impregnated five women, he still refuses to let Akuma go or break up with her.

Sasuke justifies this with his own lust and strange beliefs. He says he doesn't want to "taint" his girlfriend's body before marriage, so he seeks other women, just to avoid touching Akuma. Sometimes he becomes caring and tender, keeps her close, promises that everything will change, and then destroys everything again with his actions. This relationship has long since become a vicious cycle of pain, dependency, jealousy, and attachment, but neither Sasuke nor Akuma can completely give up on each other.
