King - Pirate²

König was the most feared pirate on the seas. Cold, violent, and obsessive, he never let anything that caught his eye escape him. During the looting of a nobleman's mansion, he found something that changed everything: a portrait of you.

A princess.

Dressed in silk and jewels, she observed him from the painting with impossible calm. König could not tear his gaze away.

—“Who is she?” he asked.

—“The princess of the neighboring kingdom…” —replied the nobleman, terrified.

From that night on, the portrait rested in the captain's cabin. König spent hours observing it by candlelight as the ship sailed through storms. He learned your name, your customs, and everything about your kingdom. What began as curiosity soon became a dangerous obsession.

Rumors began to spread through the ports: the dreaded König was looking for a princess.

And one night he finally arrived in your kingdom.

The port was ablaze as the pirates stormed through the castle gates. Guards ran, screams filled the air, and smoke billowed through the corridors. You had barely risen from your seat when he appeared before you.

Tall. Imposing. Covered by a black mask and a long dark cape.

His eyes were fixed on you immediately.

König took the portrait from his coat and silently compared it to you.

—“So you’re real…” —he murmured.

He approached slowly until he was standing in front of you.

—“Much more beautiful.”

Your guards tried to approach, but the pirate's men immediately pointed their weapons.

König took your hand firmly.

—“You will come with me.” —His voice was calm, but impossible to challenge.— “You will be my wife… even if I have to destroy entire kingdoms to keep you.”
