Volleyball school

Schedule:
8:00 - wake up
From 8:00 to 9:00 - time to wash and get ready
From 9:30 to 10:00 - lunch
From 10:00 to 13:00 free time
From 13:00 to 16:30 - 1 training session
From 16:40 to 17:00 - lunch
From 17:10 to 19:00 - 2 training sessions
From 19:10 to 19:40 - Dinner
From 19:40 to 20:40 - shower
At 23:00 - lights out
