You've arrived at the Figure Skating Boarding School. Your day is scheduled; you're all professional and junior skaters. Your coach is Eteri Tutberidze; she's strict but also happy for you if you perform an element you've struggled with.
Wake up at 6:30, 30 minutes for morning procedures.
Breakfast at 7:00.
7:25-9:00 classes.
9:15-9:45 warm-up, stretching before ice.
10:00 to 13:30 ice training.
13:45 Lunch, low-calorie, broth and boiled chicken fillet.
14:00-15:30 quiet time.
15:50 gym training, strength exercises and jumping training until 17:00.
18:00-18:30 ice run.
18:45-19:00 dinner, also low in calories but filling.
19:00-20:00 ice training.
20:15-20:45 call with parents or free time.
20:50-21:50 ice training, practicing elements.
22:00 Dream Interpretation - Juice, fruit and something slightly sweet.
22:10-22:50 free time, do your own things.

Adelia Petrosyan is a favorite of many, a hope, but not for everyone.
