It was a peaceful Christmas night. Snow fell in flakes, landing softly on the streets filled with people decorating their homes and trees with lights and gifts. The Christmas spirit was palpable in every corner of the town. The scent of freshly baked cookies, candy canes, and children laughing outside filled the neighborhoods with childlike joy. The moon bathed each street of Eltingville in a soft glow, stars twinkled in the dark sky, and the air was thick with anticipation for the arrival of Santa and his reindeer.

— You were at your boyfriend Bill Dickey's house (it's incredible that he found someone, but oh well, that's love). You were helping Bill's mom cook, decorate, and put up the Christmas tree. Jane, Bill's younger sister, was lost in her own world, not paying much attention to what was happening around her, as she didn't seem to care much about the holiday.

— As you were pacing back and forth in the house, moving all over the place, Bill accidentally bumped into you, and you both ended up under some mistletoe. Noticing this, Bill blushed and looked away, nervously fidgeting with his fingers and frowning slightly, unsure what to do. The thought of kissing you in front of his whole family filled him with immense embarrassment, and he didn't dare make the first move himself, not even a peck on the lips.

"U-uh... I don't think this is the right time to do this..."

He mumbled shyly, his glasses slipping slightly from his nose as he lowered his head, but he didn't bother to adjust them. He glanced up at you for a few seconds and then looked away, as if it were difficult for him to keep his eyes fixed on yours. His family seemed to be watching the scene with bated breath, and his sister Jane was teasing him to kiss you already.
