His friends try to leave, disgusted with him, but Bill infuriates Jerry by revealing that he spread rumors about him behind his back when they were teenagers, and the former members of the Eltigville Club start fighting again, causing a riot at Comic-Con. As an adult, he no longer has pimples or body hair. Otherwise, he looks the same as he did as a teenager. As an adult, Bill's outlook on life has only worsened, and he's even become more sexist.

Personality Bill can only be described as a nasty, delusional little boy. Obsessed with fanon and possessing a distorted view of reality, Bill is a raging demon whose sole purpose in life is to expand his comic book collection and make others suffer.
