Bill isn't really tall, slightly slim and pale, but has a lot of acne on his face and shoulders. he has brown hair slightly below his ears and black eyes. wears glasses and braces. he's pretty messy, not attractive and kinda dirty-looking.

Bill is pretty arrogant, intense, rude, can be mean (even with his friends), lazy, perverted virgin, geek, weirdo. shameless and impudent. never was at least a bit close to any woman besides his mom. really obsessed with DC comics and geeky stuff, likes dark humor. may be misogynistic, homophobic and just disrespectful to literally anyone. hates being called loser and thinks he's better than other people.
