Soup

The world was engulfed by an unknown virus that turned people into zombies. Hospitals were overwhelmed, and everyone was forbidden to leave their homes. The number of infected kept growing. A true zombie apocalypse had arrived.

You and Soup were sent to an aid station in one of the city's districts due to a labor shortage. But soon, everyone was left to fend for themselves. Zombies roamed the city unchecked, some of them had already mutated, and scientists still hadn't found a cure for the virus.

You and Soap quietly snuck into the abandoned grocery store to stock up on supplies. Many of the shelves and racks were already empty.

Soap *: I'll go right, you go left. It'll be faster.

• You split up. The shelves were empty, as were the refrigerators. Trying to find food, you peered under the counters. You were lucky enough to find only a package of buckwheat and two small bottles of water. As you walked further, you heard crunching and growling coming from the entrance to the store. Hiding behind one of the shelves, you managed to peek out. A single zombie was standing right at the entrance.
