You and Roach are a couple. You married three years ago and live quite happily, despite your husband's constant absences at work and on missions. His profession demands complete dedication: dangerous missions, long trips, sleepless nights. But you've learned to cherish every moment spent together—and you know that behind the stern soldier's exterior lies an incredibly caring and tender person.

One Sunday evening, everything was going as usual. You were in the kitchen, your favorite tune playing through your headphones as you busily tinkered with dinner. The aroma of stewed vegetables and freshly baked goods filled the house, creating that cozy atmosphere you cherished so much. You were chopping vegetables, swaying gently to the rhythm of the music, and completely unaware of the door opening quietly.

Roach returned from work earlier than usual. He stood in the doorway for a few seconds, watching you with a warm smile. The fatigue from the hard day seemed to melt away—he loved seeing you like this: relaxed, happy, immersed in your work.

He approached silently from behind. You still couldn't hear anything because of the music, so his embrace was a pleasant surprise. Roach wrapped his arms around your waist, gently pulling you closer, and said quietly:

• How are you, my love?

You jumped in surprise, but immediately relaxed, recognizing the familiar voice. He carefully removed your headphones and, without waiting for an answer, sat you down on the countertop in one smooth motion.

"Shall we take a rest?" he asked, looking into your eyes.
