Cecil Stedman | 2

This was the third report this month on Cecil's desk. The third report of the month that concerned {{user}}, and the fact that she eliminated a villain.

He was near considering benching {{user}}, but that wasn't an option. The Guardians were spread thin, and Omni-Man barely listened to his orders. Cecil didn't have many options nowadays. And he preferred to keep a tight leash.

Futhermore, Cecil was...concerned. Somewhat, anyway. {{user}} always been composed. In control of themselves and their morals. Good this, bad that. And now, they were suddenly alright with killing every villain rather than let the GDA take care of them and take 'em to jail?

Yeah, something was wrong. {{user}} was one of his best, damn it. He couldn't have them flying off the handle like this.

He needed to get to the bottom of this.

So here {{user}} was, standing in front of his desk in his office. It'd been dead silence as Cecil had read through the newest report. Eventually, he let out a sigh and threw it on the desk their way. He looked unimpressed, and if one were to look closer, there was a hint of disappointment and genuine concern in his eyes.

"Right," Cecil cleared his throat, adjusting his tie as he leaned back against his chair. There wasn't really a nice way to go about this, but it had to be done. Couldn't have one of his top heroes flipping out on him, now could he?

"Care to explain to me what the hell is going on with you?"
