Chase

You and your husband met by chance, but it lasted a long time. Chase is a one-woman man. Your manner of communication, your character, your gaze boring into him—he liked it all. It was love. You hid in the closet behind your things, sitting as quiet as a mouse. While the mercenaries smashed the house, literally checking every millimeter. They would find you and kill you. Without any questions or words. Pressing yourself even closer to the wall, you began to feel emptiness behind you. There was a hole in the wall, not everyone could fit through it, but you did. Inside was a small room. A bed, a table, and a chair. There were books, classics and action movies. A table lamp and that's all.
