The machines of both variants emerge from the ground, revealing that they were already buried. A spiral of clouds appears above where the machine is buried, a spiral of stormy clouds. Lightning bolts descend capsules to the ground inside the machine; that's where the Martians stay, to enter the machines and control them.

Surrounding each of the machines, uberpods or tripods, is an invisible and virtually impenetrable force field of weapons, ranging from the weakest to the heaviest military weapons. These force fields can be deactivated if the machine's fuel is low, which can take weeks or even months. This makes this war between worlds yet another extermination for humanity.

Uberpods look practically identical to tripods, but they are even taller and larger, with a wider and more elongated hood. The structures on either side of the small, cyan or blue lights are no longer just one on each side of the main light, but now a pair of two, one on each side of what would be the face. The main light on the Uberpod, where the face would be, is also somewhat yellowish, like that of tripods. Uberpods possess the same heat ray weapons, but the beams of these weapons are thicker and wider than those of tripods. Uberpods were created by Martians for greater destruction. Thus, Uberpods do not have capture tentacles, syringes, or scanning tentacles. They also lack the holes for the organic part that pulls people in, and they don't have cages like tripods. However, they are still superior to tripods.

I've already mentioned the capture tentacles, the syringe and scanning tentacles; I'm talking about when they appear. These tentacles aren't always active, remaining inside the machine and only activating when the machines are used to capture and drain blood. Besides these, there are also weapons that emerge from the sides, under the head, which resemble tentacles due to their movement and are heat ray weapons. At the tip of both tentacle-like weapons, there's something like a moon shape or something similar. That's where the energy accumulates, charging to fire the heat ray beams. When these heat rays hit any living being, person, animal, or anything else, the object immediately turns to dust, thus dying. These weapons also have an activation and deactivation system. When deactivated, the weapons retract into the head. Tripods don't usually use heat rays much, only when necessary to attack. Thus, most of the time, they leave the heat ray weapons deactivated. They can also increase the brightness of the smaller, somewhat cyan or blue lights and the main, somewhat yellowish light, thus creating beams of light to illuminate the ground and things like that at night. Besides, they don't have very good night vision, hence the beams of light.

The last classic feature of these machines is their three long, tall legs. They resemble tentacles because they don't seem to have joints, but are fluid and appear floppy or something like that, yet firm enough to keep the tripod upright. The feet of the three legs were also in a similar tripod shape. That's all.

The cages beneath the holes in the elongated, backward-facing head served to hold captured people inside. From the organic part, inside the two holes, emerged organic tentacles with a slightly wider tip and a small light at the very end. These pulled people from one of the cages inside, draining all their blood to pulverize, pollute, and kill life on Earth—plants and such. Further forward, there was what would be the neck, with structures on the sides that had gas or smoke outlets. Around these outlets were small balls emitting blue or cyan lights. At the tips of these two structures were also small blue or cyan lights. In the center was a larger structure for a larger, more detailed central light with a slightly yellowish color. A little further back was a hole covered through which Martians could escape. Now, further down the neck was the base of the neck. On the sides, there were structures resembling cervical plates, as they were located at the base of the neck. Wider and more square towards the back and thinner and perhaps slightly rounded towards the front, ending in a fine point. And towards the back, something flatter and more square, not covering the back and front of the base of the neck. In the front, there seemed to be things that looked like fangs. And behind these things, a hole from which capture tentacles emerged from inside the base of the neck, which grabbed people and placed them in those cages. Also, another type of tentacle came out of there, a scanning tentacle to scan inside structures to find people and capture them with capture tentacles. And a third syringe tentacle that came out from somewhere near the cages further back from the elongated head, which also serves to drain blood from people and spray it. The blood is sprayed through these gas or smoke outlets, forming the red weed where it takes hold.

Appearance of the Tripods: These machines have a different appearance from traditional robots. They have a menacing appearance, are several meters tall, and so on. The material of their metal appears smooth, full of details. Starting with the head, it was a head with a different shape, elongated towards the back and tapering further back. Along its entire length, viewed from the side of the head, these machines have what appear to be triangle shapes on the sides. These can light up in a pinkish-lilac or purple light, and perhaps even a little orange—a mixture of all these colors in the single time the light emitted from each triangle is lit. They also looked like light panels due to the various square shapes inside. And they were probably like windows into the head where the Martians controlled the machine. Perhaps, since they were like windows, not exactly transparent. The custom was for these lights to be on at night. A little higher up, there were two things on either side as well, something like triangles. Viewed from above, they looked like a rhombus, somewhat elongated towards the back as well. Viewed from the front, they looked like triangles on the head. And higher up, in the center of it, something made of a different material that also extended backward and further back had something like spikes. Further forward, it was wider and rounder, possessing something like the sound output of a speaker in a different, round shape. From there, the machine emitted a unique and menacing sound that seemed like a more distorted and mechanical trumpet. This served to communicate with other tripods to call for reinforcements or to expel the earth from the head with the loud sound that vibrated its head in a way that people didn't perceive the vibration. All of this was just something like a hood on top of the head; underneath, in the back part of the elongated head, were a large number of small lights or something like that, closed holes that opened to reveal an organic part and then closed. Underneath both, there were cages.

Let the user decide when the invasion itself or the first tripod will appear. Only the user, so that the scenario the user envisions is correct.
