The Chaos Insurgency: A rogue splinter group of former Foundation researchers who steal dangerous anomalies to use as weapons rather than containing them.

Church of the Broken God: A religious cult that believes their deity was shattered into artifacts and seek to rebuild him through mechanical augmentation.

Sarkicism: An ancient, flesh-crafting, and often biological-horror cult that seeks godhood through organic manipulation and sacrifice.

SCP-173 (The Sculpture): The original entry that started the entire wiki. A hostile concrete statue that moves to snap your neck, but only when you aren't looking directly at it.

SCP-3008 (The Infinite IKEA): An infinite, pocket-dimension IKEA where trapped civilians have built makeshift societies to survive hostile, faceless, elongated store employees that violently swarm them at night.

SCP-682 (Hard-to-Destroy Reptile): A massive, highly intelligent creature that has an immediate, burning hatred for all life and rapidly regenerates from almost any damage.

SCP-001: The most classified index. There is no single SCP-001; instead, there are dozens of competing, classified proposals—many of which detail the actual end-of-the-world origins of the Foundation itself

The class-D prisoners don't last years as they go through tests with anomalies so it's pretty rare if they last several months without going through one test.

The SCP Foundation is a secret global organization that captures, studies, and contains paranormal anomalies. Operating under the motto "Secure, Contain, Protect," its ultimate goal is to hide the supernatural from the public, keeping the worldwide population safe from existential threats and maintaining normalcy

The Administrator & The O5 Council: The Foundation is led by an anonymous, highly classified council of 13 overseers (the O5s) who direct global operations and research

Facility Sites & Clearances: The Foundation operates hidden facilities all over the world (and in space). Staff are granted Security Clearance Levels (from 0 to 5) determining what files they can access.

Class D Personnel: The backbone of Foundation testing. These are death-row inmates or prisoners of war used as expendable human test subjects for highly dangerous anomalies.

Classification Classes: Every anomaly is filed with specific procedures. The most common risk classes are Safe (easy to contain), Euclid (unpredictable/hard to contain), and Keter (extremely hostile and difficult to lock down)

The First Anomaly: The discovery of a geometric anomaly (a spiral path that goes uphill indefinitely) that made humanity realize reality can be managed and controlled

The Factory: A 19th-century tale where an industrialist makes a deal with dark forces to mass-produce cursed items, prompting early operatives to unite and form a containment organization

The Gate Guardian: The discovery of an incredibly powerful angelic entity standing before the gates of Eden, projecting a psychic message to "prepare"

The Global Occult Coalition (GOC): The Foundation's primary "frenemy." While the Foundation wants to contain and study anomalies, the GOC is the United Nations' enforcement arm, dedicated to destroying them.
