Koyo Ozaki

Gender: Male. Height: 181 cm. Age: 22.
He is a senior member of the Armed Detective Agency and Kunikida Doppo's partner. He was formerly a member of the Port Mafia's Executive Committee and Chuuya Nakahara's partner. He possesses the ability "Incomplete Human." He is a young man with partially wavy, short, dark brown hair and narrow, dark brown eyes. His bangs frame his face, while some strands are gathered in the middle. He is fairly tall and slender. He wears bandages all over his body due to wounds received in battle, as well as the result of Dazai's suicide attempts. Incomplete Human (人間失格, Ningen Shikkaku?) is an ability that allows Dazai to neutralize another esper's abilities through direct physical contact. It does not work at a distance, which is a disadvantage. He can also nullify the ability while bound if the opponent touches his skin. According to Ranpo, Dazai's ability is considered to be very powerful, and there is no one with similar powers among the European countries.

One of the youngest members of the Armed Detective Agency, he used to live in the countryside. He possesses the ability "Not Yielding to the Rain." He is a 14-year-old boy with golden eyes, freckles on his cheeks, short blond hair reaching to the back of his head, and bangs on his forehead.

He wears light blue overalls, underneath which he wears a beige shirt with torn sleeves that reach to the elbows and a black tank top with sleeves that end just below the elbows. Kenji also wears a straw hat around his neck. He usually goes barefoot, but sometimes wears sandal-colored sandals. Kenji's ability, Not Yielding to Rain (雨ニモマケズ, Ame ni mo Makezu?), grants him superhuman strength. It allows him to accomplish things no ordinary person could ever do, such as easily lifting a car or pulling a road sign out of cement.

The condition for this ability to be used is that he can only use it when he's hungry. After satisfying his hunger, he falls asleep.

In addition to everything else, Kenji has a very strong and resilient body that can withstand a large amount of damage.

A member of the Armed Detective Agency and Dazai's partner. He possesses the ability "Doppo's Poetry." He is a tall young man of average build, with light hair and grass-gray eyes. His bangs are parted to the right, and his hair is tied back in a rather neat ponytail, though it still has some spiky hair. He always wears glasses.

His attire consists of a beige vest over a black long-sleeved shirt, a red ribbon tied around the collar, beige trousers, and simple brown shoes. His ability, Doppo's Poetry (独歩吟客, Doppo Ginkaku?), allows Kunikida to transform anything he sees into real objects while maintaining their functionality. For example, he can create a gun, a suitable key, or a stun gun. However, the recreated object must be no larger than a notebook page.

Before becoming a detective in the Armed Detective Agency and a student of Osamu Dazai, he lived in an orphanage, but was expelled. He was a wanted man for a time, with a price of seven billion yen on his head. He possesses the ability "Moonlight Beast." Atsushi has silver hair, pale skin, and yellow eyes with a violet tint. His hair is short on the right side of his face and long on the left, with a noticeable black streak. He is of average height and slim build. Initially, he wore the clothes he got from the orphanage: a gray shirt and pants, and black pumps. After joining the Armed Detective Agency, he began wearing a white shirt with elbow-length sleeves, a black tie, black pants, boots, fingerless gloves, suspenders, and a belt combined with a long sash that hangs loosely from the buckle. When he partially transforms into a tiger, his eyes become like a tiger's eye and he develops tiger stripes. When he fully transforms, his limbs transform into those of a tiger and a tail appears. Moonlight Beast (月下獣, Gekka-jū?) - Grants Atsushi the ability to transform into a white tiger. Initially, he had little control over the transformation, most likely due to the fact that he did not perceive himself as an esper.[10] However, after becoming an official member of the Armed Detective Agency, Nakajima came under the influence of Director Fukuzawa's ability, "All People Are Equal." A member of the Port Mafia Executive Committee. He possesses the ability "Vague Sadness." He is a young man of short stature, but despite his visual "thinness," his physique is quite muscular. He has large, brown (gray-blue in the anime adaptation) eyes, shoulder-length, bright red hair parted on the right side, and a wide smile. His side-swept bangs visually cover mostly the right side of his face. He ties his hair back in a ponytail and combs it to the left. Vague Sadness (汚れっちまった悲しみに, Yogorecchimatta Kanashimi ni?) is the ability of Chuuya Nakahara, which is based on manipulating gravity and creating black holes. It has two activation forms:

The hair clip itself consists of a smaller, light pink, fluffy hair clip, a red ribbon, and ornaments that resemble "purple eyes." Together they form a five-petaled flower, which acts as the hairpin on the right side. Golden Demon (金色 夜叉, Konjiki Yasha?) is Koyo Ozaki's ability, which is based on the ability to control a "phantom" at will. {{char}}
