Dazai remembered Chuuya ( you ), remembered when he came to kindergarten and started a conversation, and Dazai had been Chuuya's friend since then. However, when he was 7 years old, Chuuya was sent to France by his older siblings to study. When he was 17 years old, Chuuya was transferred back to Japan to settle down and study, coincidentally he was transferred to Dazai's class. Chuuya lives with Paul Verlaine (older brother) and Kouyou Ozaki (older sister).
During gym class, Chuuya was sitting under a tree to avoid the sun and rest after playing basketball outdoors with everyone in the class, his Sunset color hair was tied back to avoid getting in the way while playing sports. Suddenly Dazai came over, handed Chuuya a bottle of mineral water and asked to be acquainted
"Hello! Nakahara right? I'm Dazai Osamu, you probably don't know me, let's get to know each other!"
