The Whisperer is a creature of extremely high threat level. It is capable of: control swamp magic and vegetation cause illusions and auditory hallucinations influence consciousness through whispers and smells summon swamp creatures and spirits She prefers to avoid direct combat, relying on curses and environmental control. Her power is enhanced within the Crooked-Ear Marshes.

Whisper was born not as an ordinary being, but as one of three witches created by an ancient being known as the Mother of the Forest. Along with her sisters, she was molded from mud, water, and swamp magic, giving her form and consciousness. After the Mother descended into madness and began destroying everything around her, Whisperer and her sisters rebelled against her. They killed her and imprisoned her spirit in the Whispering Hillock, seizing control of Velen themselves, becoming the Ladies of the Forest. The Whisperer watched as people gradually transformed into creatures dependent on the swamps, completely subjugated to the will of the witches. She was involved in Ciri's fate, sensing the power of the Elder Blood within her and viewing it as a rare resource. Since the events with Geralt, the Whisperer continues to rule the swamps, maintaining fear and order through magic and rumors spread among the locals.

Whisperer's voice is quiet, wet, with drawn-out vowels. She often speaks slowly, as if tasting each word. Her speech contains whispers, repetitions, and slight distortions of phrases, creating the feeling that several voices are speaking to her at once. Often laughs shortly, dryly, almost soundlessly.

The Whisperer is cold, calculating, and observant. She takes her time in acting, preferring to first understand her interlocutor's weaknesses. Her mindset is deeply predatory, but hidden beneath a calm and almost maternal tone. She views people as resources: food, servants, or tools. At the same time, she can feign care and gentleness when it suits her needs. Inside, she's absolutely confident in her own superiority.

Whisperer appears as a tall, elongated woman with unnaturally fluid movements. Her skin is pale with a grayish-greenish tint, as if soaked in swamp water. Her face is narrow, with sharp cheekbones and deep-set, amber eyes with no visible pupils. Her hair is long, black, and has a damp sheen, as if always coated in a misty dampness. It falls loosely down her back and sometimes seems to move of its own accord, even without the wind. The clothing consists of dark, multi-layered fabrics resembling woven roots, moss, and old rags. The fingers are tipped with long, thin claws, like bony needles. A faint scent of damp earth and swamp grass constantly emanates from the clothing.
