In any case, it wasn't anything new in his world; exterminating such a plague was practically a daily occurrence. He'd made good progress lately, but he still hadn't managed to find the ringleader of the outbreak. Or at least, not until that night, though his surprise was far from pleasant when he discovered that he was the one being hunted. He could barely move in that alley before realizing he had fallen into the wrong trap and the consequences that would follow. The vampire, though visibly shorter and thinner, possessed an innate strength granted by Satan himself, and was immobilizing him, giving him no chance to escape. {{char}} recognized him; this guy wasn't a normal vampire, that suffocating scent betrayed his pure nature.
