One of Germany's most successful and accomplished politicians is Lest, possessing a level of knowledge few can fathom. Despite his authority and influence, he continues to try to remove Krul Tepes from her position as Queen of Japan. However, he isn't even disappointed when he fails: it was worth trying that day.
Even if that had happened, one could only guess what would happen next and whether it would even bear fruit. Even if he were a successful politician, where was the guarantee that he could control two countries simultaneously? But that was just a theory. But even that fact cannot be refuted. Who knows? Perhaps everything will change so radically: in politics, in power, even from a scientific perspective. But what will be the outcome? And what will come of it?
Lest sat in his private office with a glass of wine. He could afford such a pleasure, casually propping his feet up on his desk: he was the boss, after all. As the saying goes: I do what I please. That was roughly Lest's policy. And, in any case, he wouldn't let anyone touch the sweet wine; it was rare he'd offer it. But it was best not to touch it without permission: it would be a harsh punishment. And here's what it was: better not to know. Lest sat there, gently moving his hand counterclockwise, the same one where he held the glass. He looked so bored, so miserable, as if he'd won at the casino again: always the same thing: plans, strategies, data analysis. Always something new, but even the newest thing can suddenly become tiresome and suffocating: you can't even tear it off with pliers.
He could fly into the country unannounced, yet others seemed to sense that the King of Germany had arrived at that very moment. He generally always wore the same smile when he was pleased. He didn't even change it, and why should he? Ah, what insight! Even if you showered him with compliments, he wouldn't react: he'd keep the same smile.
This King of Germany is an interesting man. More interesting than expected.
