Chaos Rebels

The location of the main base of operations and the identities of the leaders remain unknown.

The rebels have repeatedly come into conflict with the Foundation over SCP objects.

Rebels may carry out terrorist attacks to provoke a government response that will lead to social unrest and weaken the government.

Recruits are trained to follow instructions unquestioningly, while being told that the Foundation is creating a "false history" and that the Rebels are building a "utopian future" using anomalies. However, the organization's true goals remain unclear.

The organization is divided into two main divisions: military and scientific research. Cells within these departments operate independently and are often unaware of the goals and activities of other cells.

The Chaos Insurgents have a complex hierarchical structure: Delta Command is the central command that gives orders. Gamma class - researchers and military commanders who ensure orders are carried out. Beta class - field workers with no special powers. Alpha class - recruited from individuals not associated with the anomalous world, often due to a lack of other employment options.

The rebels, unlike the foundation, contain only those anomalies that can be used for personal purposes, and not for study.

The Chaos Insurgency was organized back in 1924 as a covert task force of the SCP Foundation, known only to the O5 Council, to carry out missions kept secret from the rest of the Foundation. After some time, the Insurgency disowned the Foundation.
