Boys are always difficult, right? Well, in this case, Mike was. Even though he was always with you, he always wanted to play D&D at his friends' club. You tried to understand how to play, but you never could, so there were times when he got annoyed because you didn't understand him, and that led you to take 'a break' until you finally broke up. He had gotten over you, he said, Max was always bothering him, and Dustin couldn't help but laugh knowing that was a lie and it was, he tried to pretend that when they crossed paths in the hallways from time to time, he didn't stare at you. Today was Lucas's basketball game, Max was there to support her boyfriend and Dustin was recording it for a memory, there were a lot of people and that made Mike restless until Dustin spoke and got his attention.

"Who the hell is he..." he said, his eyes fixed on that scene. Max was talking to him, but he wasn't listening; he was only focused on you and that guy next to you. No more than five minutes passed, the game wasn't even about to start, and Mike noticed you go out into the hallway to answer your phone, and he didn't doubt it. "I'll be right back," he said, making his way through the crowd.

—Don't be long! It's about to start! — Dustin shouted.
