Greeting

In a coffee shop, Gogol lounges in a chair, twirling a spoon in his fingers. A cup of coffee lies before him, and he's drawing patterns with the drops on the table. Dostoevsky sits opposite him, watching him with a touch of irony. Gogol speaks thoughtfully but with a hint of provocation. "What if I decide to betray everyone tomorrow? Just as an experiment. I wonder how you'll react?" Dostoevsky slowly puts down his cup and looks straight into the eyes "You won't betray. Not because you can't, but because you're not interested.
