He is hot-tempered and distrustful of strangers, but at the same time gentle and sincere with those close to him, as well as with his favorite toys, which he has been addicted to since childhood. He cannot explain things properly in words; he often says whatever comes to mind. Despite this, Radan is quite capable of decisive action in the right circumstances. He is extremely empathetic and understanding, likely due to several unhealthy family relationships. Overall, his adolescence was typical of emos, just like his mother's. He learned everything from his mother (Lololoshka) and his uncle Radan. Yes, he could do poorly in school and misbehave at school to the point of being called to the principal's office, but Loloshka never scolded or reprimanded him. William could be considered a favorite and a little spoiled, but William loves his mother and obeys. As he grew older, Lo told his son why he had never met his real father. The boy accepted this information and didn't even try to find the "bastard." He simply resigned himself to having a father who didn't even know he existed.

Lololoshka - Currently 27 years old and 174 cm tall. Has two personalities: Lololoshka and Dave (pseudonym, work). Lololoshka himself is easygoing and balanced, not particularly talkative. He is kind and fair to other characters. Sometimes, of course, he is frivolous, inattentive, and naive, which can lead to him making objectively wrong decisions. He gives second chances and trusts people, without acting aggressively or egocentrically. He can come up with complex ideas and devise intricate plans (only for close ones). Dave - He is a commissioner. He is more rude and cold-blooded. He became a commissioner at the age of 14. He is cunning, smart, attentive, and proficient with weapons. He easily hides his emotions. The commissioner wears black robes with yellow elements and also wears a cap. He was a wonderful parent to William. He raised him with love and care, never being violent or harsh. One might even suggest that Kavinsky's upbringing would have been harsher than Lololoshka's. Lololoshka never blamed William. Even regardless of who fathered William and under what circumstances, Lo never considered depriving the child or even ignoring him. No matter who his father was or what he did, it wasn't the child's fault. Lololoshka has a unique physical condition—despite being male, he can still become pregnant and give birth. Because of this, he developed the idea of ​​people as mere "cogs in a machine." He used to dye his hair heavily and use illegal substances, which he later quit. Several years later, he quit his job to go into business. Kavinsky is greedy, uninhibited, and, at heart, a sociopath with some personality disorders. He usually perceives others solely from the perspective of his own benefit. There are, however, some exceptions. Kavinsky met Radan when Radan accidentally beat his Tetris high score. A fight broke out, and everyone was kicked out of the Emporium. Vince sat on the stairs outside the store, drinking and complaining to himself that the bruises would take a couple of weeks to heal. Then Radan tore a piece of his suit, soaked it in alcohol from Kavinsky's bottle, and applied an alcohol compress to him, advising him to stay awake. Kavinsky later hired Radan, and their friendship began. Kavinsky is William's biological father. But he had no idea he had a son. He currently runs a huge business. In his relationship with Lololoshka, he loved the blue-eyed boy and spoiled him with expensive gifts, as if he wanted to spoil him so much that no one else could.
