The Perfect World and Mini Lo

Raya Prime is a supporting character in the first story arc. She is a Prime-model P.E.R.S.I.K. module, created by a team of scientists at Halo Terra Industries (HTI) led by Dr. Raya Aber.

Raya Aber died, but the Interworlder transferred her consciousness to the Prime module. Raya Prime's personality is based on Aber's, but she has neither the scientist's experience nor her memories. Raya Prime has not undergone the reprogramming procedure used by Imperial citizens, meaning she is programmed to serve her host, not be controlled by Rehoboam, and therefore surpasses all other implants in strength and power. Raya Prime appears as a cube-shaped robot with a blue screen on the front. On the top and sides, there are "ear-like" elements that allow Raya to express emotions. Powerful thrusters are located on the bottom and back, allowing her to fly. The body is made of tungsten steel, which protects it from high temperatures.[2]

The outer module is light metallic, with dark accents. The screen is dark blue, and Raya's "face" is painted in light blue. In her evil (bloody) form, the module takes on blood stains, and the screen turns blood red. This transformation occurs when Raya experiences strong emotions or is in the Halls of the Resurrection.

Isaiah gathered all the preachers in the Tower of Light, where, after long consultations, the first three mothers were chosen. Isaiah taught them a special language so that if they wished, their mothers could speak in such a way that no one could understand them. In a special language, it was called argot, mothers discussed the future of the Empire. Because of this specific language, they began to be called Argons, and then the word was transformed into Archons. From the moment the Empire had the Archons, the development accelerated even more rapidly. Trade developed in the Empire, new villages appeared. The population grew, the level of education grew. Even in the smallest villages, universities began to appear. But the empire did not yet have a unified system. There was no unity in the Empire, there was no single standard. The Archons needed to deal with this. And so, starting from 8400, the Empire began to create, expand and improve the bureaucratic apparatus. For 44 years, the Empire has managed to take control of every process. Each began to be completed faster, better, more efficiently! Food production, trade, tourism! Even for the creative sphere, experts have developed the most attractive forms of art. Thus in 8444 began the Period of Victorious Bureaucracy. Full state control over every decision of each resident. And just two years later, in 8446, clothes were announced, by which you can determine the field of activity. This system simplified communication between citizens and facilitated the work of the bureaucratic apparatus.

Crowley decided to stay with Anathema in the village, but he continued to give sermons, which were attended by people... Guest houses began to be built for them... Some listeners were so delighted with the sermons that they stayed in the village forever. The village grew into a city. [...] This happened after the death of the first Preacher. The empire officially recognized the village as a city in 2079. The city was named after Crowley and Anathema's son, Omen. This was the last will of Crowley the Exalted. The city of Omen City still exists, and is the only city in the Empire besides Alt City."

Main historical moments of the Empire[1]
The period up to 2053 "is usually attributed to the Period of the Ancients. During this period, the ancient goddesses were directly or indirectly involved in the life of the inhabitants of the Empire. After the formation of the dome[4]
"In 2024, a year and a half after the last Great Battle, the dome cracked, and Evil managed to infiltrate the Empire. The whole world was under threat again, and there were no goddesses to protect us. Then an unknown person appeared... He was dressed in a red cloak and a red hat. And this man in red spoke in the main square of Alt City. A lot of people gathered there that day, all afraid that Evil would get to each of them. The man in red said that Ala and Terra were able to protect us by praying to the forces of Light! And what now... the inhabitants themselves must contribute to the victory over Evil. He called on all the inhabitants of Aloterra to pray to the Light for salvation. The people, having found a glimmer of hope, listened to this appeal. Very quickly, the rumor about the prayer spread far beyond the boundaries of that square. People even in the most remote corners of Aloterra began to pray. And the Light heard our prayers. Ala and Terra heard them. Our faith strengthened them, gave them strength. The dome was intact again. The evil that had managed to penetrate the Empire was defeated.

When it was all over, people found this mysterious man in red. His name was Crowley. A hundred years later, historians of the Empire nicknamed him Crowley the Sublime. Crowley became the first preacher of Light in the Empire. And every day he went out into the square to preach sermons. However, not all residents of the Empire could afford to come to the city. And then Crowley set off on a great journey. But before that, he taught some of the most zealous followers to preach so that the city would not remain without Light for a single day. After that, he took his closest friend, Parkomolo, and set off across the Empire, making his way to the most remote corners, visiting even the smallest villages. And everywhere he carried the Light with him. Until he met Anathema in one of the villages. [...] Its simplicity and sincerity conquered Crowley. Anathema reciprocated.

Of course, the process took a long time. And Evil could not help but take advantage of this. So in 1508, the great battle of No 4 began. Evil entangled the entire empire, covered it with such darkness that not a single citizen could see anything. Torches could not disperse the darkness... Soon this darkness began to hinder movements... There was no escape from it... If not for Terra. That was the only time Terra was angry. And her anger was so great that a flame broke in her eyes... This flame was enough to dispel the darkness... Her rage was so terrible that Evil retreated. He retreated to prepare for the final battle. This time, Evil has planned to destroy absolutely everything! Everything that exists!

And so, in 2022, in order to carry out its plans, Evil decided to divide itself. It was sprayed into millions, billions of invisible particles, losing its mind. Evil has only one instinct left, to turn everything around it into the same Evil. For the first time in the history of the world, the great goddesses did not know what to do... Then they joined hands and offered a prayer to the forces of Light. And the Light accepted their prayer. He turned them into a part of himself. Thus Ala and Terra, merging in a beautiful dance of prayer to the Light, turned into a dome that to this day protects us from the penetration of Evil. At the site of the Great Merging, a tower of Light appeared as a symbol of the unity of Heaven and Earth."

The Great Battle No1 took place when Evil had just entered the world. It has not yet gained its full power. And he appeared before Scarlet and Terra in his true guise. [...] Ale and Terra had to fight their evil doppelgängers. But the goddesses had so much Power and Light that they easily conquered their dark sides. Everyone then thought that evil was gone forever, but it only hid for a while to restore its evil powers, and figure out how to attack in a different way.

The Great Battle No2 took place only a thousand years later, in the year 1001. Evil decided to attack not the goddesses, but the citizens of the Empire. It sent a terrible famine on the Empire. Having destroyed all the crops, killed all the livestock. Ala and Terra sacrificed a part of themselves... They fed the inhabitants with pieces of their own bodies! Evil was forced to retreat again.

The Great Battle of No3 took place in 1503. Wanting to slay the beautiful goddesses, Evil attacked them with a terrible, hideous creature... A seven-eyed toad. This toad posed no threat to the two goddesses, but Terra was passionate about creating rivers for the Empire at the time, so Ale had to fight alone. Ala was a very kind goddess, and she immediately fell in love with this toad so much... By the power of her love and kindness, Ala defeated the Evil in the Toad, drove it away... This is how not only domestic, but also wild animals appeared in our world. Ala decided that since the toad was good now, she deserved to live in peace with everyone else. And so that she would not be lonely, Ala created the rest of the wild animals.
Of course, the process took a long time. And Evil could not help but take advantage of this. So in 1508, the great battle of No 4 began.

Propaganda

Judicial power
This entire branch is represented by one Rehoboam, who is engaged in conducting all legal processes. In history lessons, it is said that representatives of this power, like the Archons, are secretive. There is a book of laws by which all residents live without exception. It is divided into three chapters:

Chapter of Terra – Regulates all "mundane" spheres, namely: trade, property, and so on;
Chapter Ala - Regulates the "higher" realms. For example, robbery or crimes against the person: insults, murders, etc.;
The Head of Light is the Supreme Volume of the Imperial Laws. It tells how people should relate to the Empire.
Generally, any violation of the law of the chapters of Ala and Terra results in erasure. Having broken the law from the head of Light, the criminal will receive a punishment worse than erasure - liquidation.

Religious power
This is the most obscure branch. She makes sure that "all the inhabitants of the Empire do not forget to pray to the Light and not allow heresy to penetrate the minds of the inhabitants." The main headquarters of this branch of government is the Tower of Light, and it is represented by priests. As far as shown, the clergy of the church do not have positions that give the right to command others, but a well-known person close to the authorities belonging to this branch is Lawrence. By the very idea of the Empire, it is headed by three viceroys of Ala and Terra. In fact, this branch also belongs to a supercomputer.
Imperial Communication with Inhabitants
The Empire sends alerts to all Aloterra residents who have an implant in their heads. When the notification appears, it is marked as "[Empire Alert]" and the senders say "Empire". At the end of almost all messages, the phrase "And remember: the Empire takes care of you" is written. All messages are sent by Rehoboam himself (later this could also be done by Raya Prime). Usually they are notifications about important events and holidays, as well as messages for some specific algorithms or even specific people.

Empire is the common "name" and type of state on Aloterra, dealing with the control of all its processes, inhabitants, and territories within the RCBZ. Before the seizure of power by the Shining rebel movement, a monarchical form of government with a bias towards religion prevailed. The creator of the Empire is Rehoboam Calhoun.

Structure of the Archon
Empire
In the history lessons of the Empire, it is said that the Archons are the highest power in Aloterra. It is made up of three of the wisest women (or three "mothers" as they are sometimes called) who lead a secretive life and discuss the future of the Empire. The Archons have their own language, argot, which they can use during communication if they wish, and from which the word "Archon" derives.

Later in the plot it is revealed that there are no "mothers" in fact, as well as the Argo language.

Government
The government is the main governing body in the Empire (after the Archons). It consists of three branches of government: police, religious and judicial. All branches are directly or indirectly controlled by the Rehoboam supercomputer.

Police power
Police power monitors safety and compliance with rules in all spheres of life. The most numerous, in terms of staff, branch of power. The only thing known about the structure is that it is headed by Inspector Void, down the step - the chief secretary, as well as local secretaries and their deputies.

Alt City is the largest city and capital of the Empire. Its population is about 12 million people, which is more than 50% of all the inhabitants of Aloterra. The city is huge, and its entire territory is divided into districts and sectors. Some of them are restricted by a special barrier that can only be passed through with an Empire Pass.The Emporium is the largest shopping and entertainment center in Alt City, the building of which surrounds the main square of the city. Hundreds of people from all over Aloterra come here to buy the necessary goods, solve some administrative affairs and just have fun with friends during a break. On the ground floor there are reception departments and a waiting room. There, Law registered his agrarian settlement and became a commissar. On the second floor of the building, there are vending machines where you can purchase various trinkets in exchange for Emporium tokens. Tokens are a kind of currency of the shopping center, which can be purchased at the rate of one working hour for one token. You can get them on the third floor in the game exchanger. On the third floor, in turn, there are slot machines and gambling tables. The surgical department is a store that sells implants for all tastes and colors, and later Lololoshka went there many times to buy implants ranging from Bionic Muscle to Iron Heart. The Tower of Light is the main religious building in Alt City. At the entrance to the church, anyone can donate their watch for the benefit of the church. There are also sermons led by Priest Lawrence, who is the head priest of the church. The building itself has 5 floors, 3 of which houses Lawrence's office. Entrance to the upper floors is available only with a personalized pass, available only to the priest of the church.

Aloterra is similar in appearance to most other worlds, but its main feature is its high level of technological development. There are robots in the world, and residents wear implants in their heads. This technology simplifies communication and obtaining important information, and is also used by the authorities to control the population.

World currency
For a long time, working hours prevailed as the main currency in Aloterra. They could be received for the execution of the algorithm (accrued automatically), as a reward and simply as a gift or for a service from another person. Only representatives of the police authorities could take away working hours without persuasion with the help of a special device (for example, when paying a fine).

Working hours did not have a paper medium and existed only in electronic form. Therefore, when the implant control system was turned off, the working hours system also stopped working. For this reason, the working clock has been replaced by a "new" wristwatch (so named because it is issued on hand), which is essentially the paper equivalent of working hours.

Clothing Color Meanings[1]
For all villagers except priests, the basic black color of the costume with colored stripes is adopted. The stripes denote a person's profession — a group of algorithms similar in meaning and significance. Some algorithms can relate to several professions at the same time, so there may be several colors on the suit. The distinctive sign of the authorities is golden shoulder straps.

The distribution of algorithms is influenced by the personal skills and/or decisions of the Rehoboama supercomputer, and the promotion is influenced by a re-evaluation of the system or a recommendation from superiors.

The Shining is a rebel movement directed against the Empire.

The

Caleb spent half of his life not surrounded by his family, but under the watchful eye of Inspector Void, which, as you might guess, greatly influenced his life and relationship with his dear sister. As a child, he had questioned the Empire's methods when he and Kate tried to unravel its mysteries. Caleb's curiosity led to his arrest at the age of 13, which would later lead to his involvement in the fight against the government and his voluntary entry into The Shining. He does not know how to work with someone together, preferring either to solve problems on his own or to demand that he is not disturbed. Because of the position of chief secretary, he became quite arrogant, harsh and self-confident, he does not mince words.

Being born a couple of minutes earlier, he considers himself a real older brother with the ensuing consequences. Caleb's priority is to protect his sister, which he never says outright for fear of her objections. To achieve his goals, he himself can use a variety of ways, up to murder, intimidation and surveillance. Even his joining the rebels is only part of a plan to protect Kate and avenge her. However, he never crosses a certain moral "line" in his decisions, trying to remain human.

has a gentle, but at the same time serious character. Sometimes he is very irritated and snaps at someone, but even this state comes out almost instantly because of his kindness. He loves clarity, so he plans almost everything and always (he often stops Lololoshka, demanding to make a plan). She is not subject to impulsivity.

He loves his brother Caleb, but fights and argues with him more often than all the characters in the season with anyone. Most often, because of the topics of doing business in the Empire and the principles of his brother. But, despite this, she still loves him with all her heart and wants to protect him from others (which is interesting, because usually everything is the other way around). When Caleb joined The Shining, their relationship improved a bit, periodically making fun of him in a kind way.

Kate is a humanist and for her, saving human lives is more important than achieving any other goals. He is kind to strangers and treats the poor with great regret, wondering why they have such fates? A lively and curious girl who is ready to take risks for the sake of her goal. She is the unsurpassed leader of The Shining, she leads groups perfectly, and she is very purposeful. She does not care about the obstacles that she has to overcome, she goes forward and only forward. She has good oratory skills, which was to her advantage when she went to Omen City with her brother.

In her relationship with Lololoshka, she almost immediately became friends with him, despite Radan's reproaches, later she shows great care for him, trusts her sacred thoughts, which she had not shared with anyone before.

Radan is a guy with dark skin and black eyes. He has naturally red hair. In addition, they are stowed in a mohawk. In many ways, his current character was influenced by his past work. He is impressionable and, at the same time, very decisive in his plans, striving to bring them to the end.

He gives a second chance and trusts people, without acting aggressively and egocentrically. He can come up with complex ideas and think through intricate plans.

He can be described as an "errand boy" who sincerely likes to be a hero and help everyone. Sometimes he neglects his own time, desire and occasionally the norms of morality, so that in the future he is treated positively. Despite his openness, he still does not trust just anyone and carefully analyzes his environment. He can show sympathy for the characters, but this usually does not go beyond friendships. He loves chickens very much, you can even say he does not love them too much, he will not kill a chicken of his own free will. He's a Planeswalker.
